ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS BEFORE USING NEW SKINCARE PRODUCTS, PARTICULARLY IF THEY HAVE EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES, OR ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING.

   5. PAYMENT 
   5.1. Payment Processing 
   All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other authorized third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. 
   5.2. Authorization and Fraud Prevention 
   I. You authorize Almarin Beauty to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method. 
   II. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized use of payment methods, or violation of these Terms. 
   5.3 Charges and Fees 
   Payments are accepted in the currency displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any bank charges, international transaction fees, or currency conversion costs imposed by their financial institution. 
   6. SHIPPING POLICY 
   6.1. Processing Times 
   Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as sales, holidays, or product launches. 
   6.2. Shipping Methods 
   I. We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options. 
   II. Available carriers and delivery timelines depend on your location and are displayed at checkout. 
   6.3. Shipping Fees 
   I. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, carrier, and method selected. 
   II. Promotional offers, discounts, or free-shipping thresholds may apply where advertised. 
   6.4. Delivery Issues 
   I. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, adverse weather, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
   II. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. 
   6.5. Risk of Loss 
   I. All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. 
   II. For added protection, customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and insurance. 
   7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 
   7.1. Eligibility for Returns 
   I. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, or gently used skincare or beauty products, returned in their original container with at least 90% of product remaining, subject to inspection and approval. 
   II. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 
   III. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns. 
   7.2. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items 
   I. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, personal care, or cosmetic products beyond the “gently used” allowance stated in section 7.1. 
   II. Products marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaways. 
   III. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions. 
   IV. Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
   7.3. Condition of Returned Items 
   I. Items must be returned in a clean and sanitary condition. 
   II. Returns showing signs of contamination, tampering, or misuse will be refused. 
   III. Products showing significant use (less than 90% of content remaining) are not eligible for refund or exchange. 
   7.4. Return Process 
   I. Customers must contact support@almarinbeauty.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
   II. Items must be packed securely in protective packaging and shipped with proof of purchase. 
   III. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
   7.5. Refunds 
   I. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 
   II. Shipping fees and any applied discounts are non-refundable. 
   III. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, a prepaid return label will be provided. 
   7.6. Exchanges 
   I. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. 
   II. Customers must submit photographic evidence when requesting an exchange. 
   7.7. Late or Missing Refunds 
   I. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider.

   licensors. All such Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Please note that nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Content, our trademarks, or other proprietary materials.
